Clean Recipe: Superfood Strawberry Smoothie

By popular demand, here's another clean recipe superfood smoothie recipe that I make for my family all the time. Packed with wholesome ingredients and bursting with flavor, this smoothie is a refreshing way to fuel your body.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries (frozen)

  • 0.25 cup pineapple (frozen)

  • 1 banana

  • 1 cup almond milk (or more depending you consistency preferences)

  • 0.25 tsp ground flaxseed

  • 0.25 tsp kale flakes

  • 0.25 tsp beetroot powder

  • 0.25 tsp whole dried cranberry powder


Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the strawberries, pineapple, banana, and almond milk.

  2. Add the ground flaxseed, kale flakes, beetroot powder, and whole dried cranberry powder.

  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy the nutritious goodness of this superfood smoothie!

Add or take out how ever you like!
